Simply put, this is our best rim to date. Following our principle of delivering unrivaled quality that is backed by actual data, there are no false claims or made-up numbers. Our target was straightforward - design a shape that had beauty and function , with a 30% minimum increase in impact strength, and provide the best ride feel we have ever delivered to the rider. After two years, countless hours and permutations, we could not be more proud of what we have built right here in Kamloops, British Columbia.

10-Year Warranty:

We Are One, based in Kamloops, BC, stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every carbon rim. Therefore, We Are One offers the original purchaser of their rims a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects as well as any damage occurring during intended use.

Crash Replacement:

In addition to the 10-year warranty, We Are One offers a crash replacement policy to ensure that all our riders are well taken care of. If your We Are One rim is damaged due to a crash, we offer a discounted replacement option.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact We Are One directly. We will handle the warranty claim process and, upon request, manage the local handling of the claim. Please note that an additional charge of €47.50 per rim will be applied for import costs, and shipping from our facility to you will be charged accordingly.

Some key tips:

Spoke Tension

We always require that you build with a high-end tension gauge. Make sure that the tension meter is calibrated and reading correctly.

Our high tension target is 115kg/f or 1130 N/m. Do your best to keep all tension within 2% from one spoke to the next on each side of the hub. If you can achieve better, the better the wheel will be, and the longer it will go without needing maintenance.

DO NOT build our wheels without a tension meter. It will lead to premature failure and undue stress on the rim.

Spoke Nipples

All of our rims must be assembled with Sapim spokes and Sapim Polyax nipples. Sapim makes by far the best nipple in the industry, and we do not rely on anyone else in-house.

The shape of the Polyax nipple is ideal for building without washers and provides the best possible nipple to spoke articulation to date.

Tools and Truing Stand

Using high-quality tools always gives the best outcome. If you have taken on the job of building up your wheel, please ensure you have the required tools to do so.

A professional Parktool truing stand, lateral dishing tool, and high quality 4 sided spoke keys are an excellent place to start.
