Here you can find all information about shipping. In Germany we only offer DHL but for our foreign customers, there is also the advantageous option of goods by mail (Warenpost) for small and flat products such as stems, chain guides, crash plates, as well as UPS if you need it faster.

- Stock items are delivered within Germany in 1-3 working days, within Europe in 2-5 working days (DHL), and worldwide in 5-8 working days (UPS).
- The shipping option Warenpost is insured and traceable the delivery times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the delivery country.
- For deliveries outside the EU, we will immediately deduct the German value-added tax (19%).
